Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Enrollio Concierge service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), as well as the Enrollio platform terms of service outlined here. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Enrollio Concierge service.

2. Service Description

Enrollio Concierge provides managed automation and management services for dance studios, including conversation management and other features as described on our website

3. Payment Terms

Services are billed on a month-to-month basis. Payment for the upcoming month is due in full at the beginning of each billing cycle. Enrollio reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice to the customer.

4. No-Refund Policy

All payments for Enrollio Concierge service are final and non-refundable. By accepting these terms, you understand and agree that once payment is made to Enrollio, you will not be entitled to a refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Service Hours

The Core Plan includes up to 15 hours of service per month, and the Elite Plan includes up to 40 hours of service per month. Should you near the threshold of your monthly allotted service hours, we will notify you via your dedicated Slack channel and you may purchase additional hours at $30/hour.

7. Additional Hours

Additional hours purchased do not roll over to the subsequent month and are billed separately. Enrollio does not provide clients with information on total hours used; this is tracked internally for service management purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability for Conversations

Enrollio manages conversations on behalf of the client's account. Enrollio is not responsible for any wrongdoing, including but not limited to offense or irritation caused by SMS or email communications conducted on behalf of the client.

9. Content Ownership and Non-Transferability

The contents of your Enrollio account, including all data, messages, images, and other materials, are proprietary to your account. These contents are non-transferrable and may not be sold, transferred, or provided to other vendors, platforms, or service providers.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

Enrollio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or modify portions of these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
