Texting is billed at cost through our Twilio integration. You can learn more about the costs for texting here. If you exceed the allotted hours with your plan you will be contacted via your dedicated Slack channel with the option to purchase additional hours as needed.
Is there a contract?
Our Concierge service is a monthly commitment, so you can cancel at any time. You can upgrade or downgrade with ease and no monetary penalty for doing so.
Can we try the service for a month?
Absolutely! You can sign up for one month and decide after a month whether you wish to proceed with the same plan or downgrade. There is no free trial period as the labor cost for our team with both Concierge plans is extensive.
Is StudioBot & Enrollio subscription included?
YES! No additional cost for Enrollio or StudioBot when you sign up for Concierge.
What does set up look like?
You will be provided an intake form based on the program purchased and once we receive that the initial set up takes 3-7 business days.
Is there a limit with tasks that can be submitted or requested?
Concierge includes up to 40 hours of service per month. Should you near the threshold of your monthly allotted service hours, we will notify you via your dedicated Slack channel and you may purchase additional hours at $30/hour.
What if I have paid for the year?
If you have paid for the year for our Foundation $297 plan, use code "ANNUAL" at checkout. $247 will be deducted from your monthly cost of either program until the end of your annual billing cycle.
What is your refund policy?
We have a strict no-refund policy for both plans and to mitigate the risk for you we only offer monthly plans, but we have worked diligently to build a reputation of customer satisfaction and delivering on our promises.
What hours will this service operate?
Our Concierge service will operate during normal business hours (Mon-Fri) for Pacific, Central or Eastern time zones. There will be no service on Christmas Day or New Years Day. This service is currently unavailable for Australia, New Zealand, or United Kingdom.
Do unused hours roll over to the next month?
No, unused hours do not roll over. Each month brings a fresh allocation of 40 hours, ensuring you have consistent time available to make progress on your goals.

Who will be working inside my Enrollio account?
Our internal support team here at Enrollio will be managing your Enrollio account alongside Enrollio founder, Brad. We do not outsource any of the tasks within your account and all tasks are completed by our internal team.
Is there a set up fee?
With our Core Plan you have an optional one-time $997 set up fee where our team will import your contacts, set up your trial class & trial class automation, submit A2P 10DLC Compliance for texting, integrate our lead capture form & website forms into your existing website, and set up your sales pipeline. All of this is included with our Elite Plan.
What if I have paid for the year?
If you have paid for the year for our Foundation $297 plan, $247 will be deducted from your monthly cost of either program until the end of your annual billing cycle.

What does the onboarding process look like?
We will send you an email when you sign up with next steps for each program. You will also need to download the free Slack app so that we can communicate with you. The onboarding process takes 2-4 business days. We will also require an FAQ document from you and will provide a template to get started.
What hours will this service operate?

What if we have multiple locations?

One of our dedicated customer success managers will be your point of contact and you/your team will also be able to connect with our entire internal support team inside your dedicated Slack channel.
